We aim to describe and display every item accurately. Colours and proportions can vary slightly by screen and handcrafted pieces may show minor variations. Products are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for it.

The price, currency, applicable taxes and shipping charge shown at checkout form the total payable amount. Payment is processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not store full card details. A temporary authorisation does not itself mean an order has been accepted.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement only confirms receipt. The contract is formed when we accept the order by confirming shipment or otherwise expressly accepting it.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, legal restriction or unavailable stock. If payment was taken, the affected amount will be refunded.

Available destinations, charges and delivery estimates are presented during checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or unsafe goods.

The website, brand elements, product photographs, copy and design are owned by or licensed to Golda Jewelry and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal shopping use is permitted; commercial reproduction or distribution requires prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.

Applicable mandatory consumer law and any mandatory court rights in your place of residence continue to apply. Any additional governing-law details shown during checkout or in an order confirmation apply only where legally enforceable.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version in effect when you order applies to that purchase. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
