Shipping Policy

Available destinations are determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. We do not promise delivery to every country. If checkout does not offer delivery to your address, please contact us before ordering.

The current processing and delivery estimate is shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Personalised or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be stated on the product page or confirmed before fulfilment.

Any shipping charge is displayed before payment and included in the order total. Promotions or free-shipping thresholds apply only when expressly shown at checkout.

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used for the order after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these are included, the recipient is responsible for them. Customs delays are outside our control.

Check your address carefully before paying. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect; changes are not guaranteed after dispatch. Additional carrier charges caused by an incomplete address, refusal or repeated failed delivery may be deducted from a refund where permitted by law.

If tracking has not moved for an unusual period, or a parcel arrives damaged, email goldadigital1@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, clear photographs. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
