Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Golda Jewelry handles personal data when you browse the store, contact us or place an order.

Effective: 3 September 2026

1. Data controller and contact

Golda Jewelry is responsible for the processing described here. Privacy requests can be sent to goldadigital1@gmail.com or made by phone at +1 914 520 0380.

2. Information we collect

We may collect contact and delivery details, order and transaction records, messages you send us, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and security logs.

Your shopping bag may be stored locally in your browser. Payment providers collect the payment information needed to complete a transaction; Golda Jewelry does not receive or store your complete card number.

3. Why we use information

We use information to operate the website, process and deliver orders, take payment, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with legal and accounting obligations, establish or defend legal claims, and improve the store. Where applicable, processing is based on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be shared only as needed with payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, delivery carriers, email providers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention services and public authorities where legally required. Providers are expected to protect data and use it only for the agreed service.

5. International transfers

Some providers or recipients may process data outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards or rely on another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.

6. Retention

We retain order and accounting records for the period required by applicable law. Support messages and technical logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Cookies and local storage

The store uses essential browser storage and cookies for functions such as the shopping bag, secure checkout and administrator sessions. We do not use non-essential advertising or analytics cookies unless they are separately disclosed and, where required, enabled only after consent.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

9. Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online system is completely risk-free. The store is not directed to children who cannot legally purchase goods, and we do not knowingly collect their information for marketing.

10. Updates

We may revise this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
